POSITION: mARKETING SPECIALIST


CueThink is looking for a marketing specialist who will be responsible for developing, executing and evaluating campaigns to support the company's revenue objectives. You will collaborate with cross-department team members to ensure CueThink is well-positioned to meet sales objectives, customer markets, and trends. This part-time position is based in Massachusetts, with opportunities to go full-time in a year.

About CueThink
CueThink is a web and tablet based product that improves students’ critical thinking skills and math collaboration in K-12 classrooms. CueThink provides consistent language and problem solving structure for students to excel on performance-based assessments. Teachers who use CueThink find that the structured problem solving process increases students’ ability to organize their thinking independently and the collaborative experience fosters student engagement. We are funded by the National Science Foundation and leading investors in the Boston area and our product is in use in hundreds of schools in the US and Canada. CueThink is a winner of the NewSchools Venture Fund Math Challenge grant and was awarded a 5-star rating for pedagogy by Common Sense Education. We are an alumni of LearnLaunch Accelerator.

Requirements
• Create marketing messages and collaterals (digital brochures, videos, emails)
• Create, track and analyze marketing campaigns
• Manage growth and optimization of online marketing programs to meet revenue goals
• Maintain and expand CueThink’s social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Create and publish case stories highlighting strong classroom implementations
• Collaborate with product and sales team to develop appropriate messaging, content, and stories
• Draft and publish press releases on a periodic basis highlighting product releases, industry recognitions and customer validation

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields
• 3+ years marketing and digital experience
• Proven ability to own and optimize digital marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver results in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Highly organized; ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Flexibility to quickly adapt and change strategy to align with business needs
• Understanding of K-12 market and educational initiatives (Common Core, Title 1, STEM, etc.)
• CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus
